- Knowledge in consultative sales and B2B business closing.
- Ability to understand technical needs and work with development teams.
- Strong mathematical and business analysis skills.
- English level B1+

- English B2 for communication with international clients.
- Knowledge in agile methodologies (Scrum).
- Experience in technology staffing sales or custom software projects.
- Management of sales CRM such as Zoho, HubSpot or Salesforce.
