We are looking for a Scrum Master with 2 or more years of experience, highly motivated, experienced and passionate about agile project management.
Required knowledge:
- At least 2 years experience as a Scrum Master in an agile environment.
- Solid knowledge of agile principles and practices.
- Skills for understanding the business, defining and prioritizing the product backlog.
Desired skills:
- English B2+.
- SCRUM MASTER Certification.
- Location in Medellín or its surroundings.
Desired skills:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and roles.
- Ability to identify and solve problems, and to encourage informed decision making.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
Opening Details:
- Colombian indefinite term contract.
